These terms cover your use of Riley, an AI receptionist service. By signing up you agree to them. Questions: hello@rileyai.org.

The service

Riley answers calls forwarded to your Riley number, talks with callers, takes messages, appointment and callback requests, flags urgent calls, and tries to reach you when a caller asks for a person. Appointment times are requests for you to confirm; Riley does not promise times or prices on your behalf.

Price and billing

Riley is $149/month, billed monthly through Stripe starting the day you sign up. The price includes your Riley phone number, call minutes and the AI. There is no free trial. You can cancel online anytime at rileyai.org/account. You won't be charged again, Riley keeps answering until the end of the month you've paid for, and then her number is switched off and released. Turn off call forwarding on your business phone before then; your business number always stays yours.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate business details so Riley can answer correctly.
• Follow the laws that apply to your business and your calls, including any rules about telling callers a call may be recorded.
• Don't use Riley for anything illegal, deceptive or harassing.

AI limits

Riley is an AI and can mishear or make mistakes. Check call summaries, and don't rely on Riley for emergencies: callers with an emergency should call 911.

Changes

We may update Riley and these terms. If we change the price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to you.
